More About Bible Prophecy Update March 21, 2012
144,000 male, virgin Jews are sealed. These shall evangelize what is left of the world during the first part of the Tribulation, following what we call WW3. Absolutely amazing! Prophecy after prophecy has been fulfilled and is being fulfilled even as this is being written; yet people refuse to believe the Bible is true.
It was recently said of the “Me Gen” (those born between 1981–2000) that the three things these 12 to 31 year olds are most concerned about are money, fame, and image. Extremely self–centered, their heads are often buried in their hand–held devices. Staying connected is so important to many, but connecting with God is lacking.
This generation was prophesied to be a time in which deceit shall prosper. People believe all sorts of lies, but do not believe the truth of the Bible, even though it has been proven to be true. Throughout history, people have spent their whole lives trying to prove the Bible is not true. None has ever succeeded. So they make up stories about the Bible and persuade those with little Bible knowledge to believe their deceit.
God offers people eternal life, but demands that a person repents and obeys the Gospel. People love their own lives the way they are and do not want to forsake all now, in order to inherit eternal joy and happiness through Jesus Christ later. So many curse His name. Why don’t they curse the name of other so–called gods? Because these are no gods at all—but Jesus is alive and sits on the right hand of God the Father in heaven right now.
Welcome to the “Me” generation. It is believed this generation shall enter the Tribulation and see the most evil being that will ever live on this planet—that is, the Antichrist. He is the actual son of Satan, and the number of his name is 666. He will be far more intelligent than anyone on this earth. He will have the wisdom of his father, the devil. Depending on the translation used, in one verse, the Antichrist is called “the Lie.” It is believed he is alive in Europe at this time, but cannot come forth until the born again Christians are translated off this earth in the twinkling of an eye–ref 1 Cor 15:52. Once he comes forth, immediately after the translation of God’s people, he agrees to a covenant with Israel–ref Dan 9:27. Shortly after, (as we may say) all hell breaks loose on this earth, as Russia and some Arab nations combine to attack tiny Israel. Many are killed in Israel, but Israel cries out to God, and God hears them. God steps in to defend Israel, as He did in Old Testament times. Five/sixths of the huge invasion forces are destroyed–ref Ezek 38. What God does is so swift and incredible, afterward, many people repent and turn to Christ in a great revival. However, for many of them, death by decapitation is what lies ahead, as the Antichrist will reign and rule the earth for the last 3 ½ years of the Tribulation.
Regretfully, many people will never have a chance to repent, especially in the US and Russia. During this time, we can expect that one out of every four people on earth will be killed–note Rev 6:1–8; Ezek 38,39, as a result of what we call WW3. This begins with the Russian/Arab invasion of Israel. Iran is included in the invasion and several other countries as well. The Scriptures seem to point to a great war that should come right after the Russian/Arab invasion of Israel. It will last about 8 hours. It is between a super–powerful nation in the land of Magog (modern–day Russia) and a super–powerful nation that appears to be called an isle of the sea. Apparently, fantastic weapons will be used in this 8 hour conflict. As a result, 1 out of every 4 people on earth will die. What is even more terrifying is that every one of those that die will be in hell–note Rev 6:8. How could this be? The explanation may be that the Rapture has just happened, and all true born again Christians were removed, but all the unsaved and make–believe Christians were left behind.
Ok, you may say, this sounds so far–fetched, it’s ridiculous. Well, the Bible has app. 365 prophecies that would be fulfilled beginning with Israel’s rebirth. Israel’s rebirth seemed impossible, but it happened. All the power of the Arab nations could not stop it. Again and again, when the Arab nations have tried to crush Israel, they were defeated. How can a tiny nation stand against the combined forces of the mighty Arab nations? Yet when they attack Israel, they are defeated. The hand of God is with Israel for certain, even though Israel does not trust in Jesus at this time.
Have you noticed the huge military buildup currently underway in Russia? Why would they be doing this????—when the US is downsizing its military?????
Consider, the impossible. The Bible tells of a time, during the Tribulation, in which the Antichrist shall require people to take a mark in one of three forms. One form is the number of his name, which is 6 6 6. Why is this required?
Note what its purpose is—A person cannot buy or sell anything unless he has this mark in or on his forehead or right hand. Note the words “buy or sell”–ref Rev 13:17.
How does this relate to right now? Much that is going on right now is related to all transactions being done through the Internet—buying and selling, banking, and paying bills and more. As we understand, Sweden is moving right now in the direction of a cashless society. Did you know this?
So why will this mark be required to be in or on a person’s forehead or right hand? Consider the hacking and theft taking place on the Internet. Credit card numbers are being stolen by the thousands. Banks are being hacked. People’s bank accounts are being compromised. Seems no matter how good the online security is, hackers can break through and steal. The Bible clearly shows that all kinds of evil will increase more and more. However, during the Tribulation, technology will be developed that will give people online access like a bank card; a device that will be in or on a person’s right hand or forehead that no hacker can tamper with. No one can use it, except the person that has it. No one can buy or sell without it. Sounds like a great idea, except—the Bible warns that every person that takes this mark or the number of the Antichrist’s name is guaranteed eternal damnation. There is no forgiveness.
A few years ago such a thing was unthinkable. Today, it is becoming a reality. The Bible tells of these days—knowledge shall increase–ref Dan 12:4. This is certainly true right now.
Weather patterns are changing greatly all over the world. The Bible predicted that this would happen after the rebirth of Israel, as one of the signs that the Tribulation was near. These crazy weather patterns that the earth is experiencing shall continue to get more and more intense. Ready or not, these things are happening right before your eyes.
So then, knowing these things—what should you do? Begin by fearing God. God is greatly to be feared in the assembly of the saints–Ps 89:7. Fear God, and repent. Humble yourself before God, and receive Jesus Christ as your only hope of salvation. There is none righteous, no not one—which includes you. Repent, and ask God in prayer to be your Lord and Saviour. Begin reading your Bible daily. Begin with the Gospel of John. Read it three times; then the whole New Testament 3 times; then the whole Bible. You need faith (or trust) in God; and this is only possible through His pure Word. A bunch of worldly stores about the Bible or about your preacher increases no one’s faith; and without faith it is impossible to please God–ref Heb 11:6. Be baptized by full immersion after repenting and believing on the Jesus of the Bible–ref Acts 2:38; Rom 6:4; Col 2:12 and many more. As you study God’s Word, OBEY IT. Do not read only one or two chapters a day. Read many chapters without excuse, every day; for it is God speaking to you directly. Be faithful. Evil is going to continue to increase in this world. For the true Christian, it is going to become more and more difficult, but being faithful has the reward of everlasting life.
The penalty for not being faithful is the second death—which is the eternal lake of fire, from which there will never be any rest, day or night.
A Look At Bible Prophecy Update June 23, 2011
It is written: ALL SCRIPTURE IS GIVEN BY INSPIRATION OF GOD...NO PROPHECY OF THE SCRIPTURE IS OF ANY PRIVATE INTERPRETATION. FOR THE PROPHECY CAME NOT IN OLD TIME BY THE WILL OF MAN: BUT HOLY MEN OF GOD SPAKE AS THEY WERE MOVED BY THE HOLY GHOST–ref 2 Tim 3:16; 2 Pet 1:20–21.
There are approximately 10,385 prophecies in the Bible. Every one, to this time, has come to pass
without one exception. Jesus said–O FOOLS, AND SLOW OF HEART TO BELIEVE ALL THAT THE PROPHETS HAVE SPOKEN.
The Bible reveals that we would know we had entered the latter years—of the last days when the rebirth of Israel had taken place. That happened May 14, 1948. Then approximately 365 prophecies would follow within this generation.
Do you understand how the world is changing and what it means? First, Israel would be reborn. Now there are increases in globalization, technology, communications, unusual weather patterns, tsunamis, alternate lifestyles, economic problems, false prophets, bombs 2500 times bigger than used in WW2 and violence, Middle East unrest, and the Israeli–Palestinian situation. These all prove the Bible is true.
One of the most incredible prophecies is when the two prophets of God are killed around the end of the Tribulation, that THEY OF THE PEOPLE AND KINDREDS AND TONGUES AND NATIONS SHALL SEE THEIR DEAD BODIES THREE DAYS AND AN HALF, AND SHALL NOT SUFFER THEIR DEAD BODIES TO BE PUT IN GRAVES. How would it be possible for people all over the world to see their dead bodies as the Bible describes?
Consider this. Recently, it was announced that the President of the United States would make a special announcement; yet, before he could make that announcement, people all over the world had already learned what the announcement was about. It seems, within minutes, the news had “gone viral,” or traveled all over the world via the Internet and hand–held devices.
In the same manner, when the two prophets of God are killed by the Antichrist, people all over the world will be able to see what has happened. But then, after they rise from the dead after 3½ days, men’s heart will fail them for fear; for they will know that Jesus Christ is about to return at the time of Armageddon.
The Bible foretold there would be some way for people to instantly have worldwide, visual communication. Not long age, this was impossible; but now—it is a reality.
Rev 11:4–15–These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth. And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed. These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will. And when they shall overcome them, and kill them. And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified. And they of the peole and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves. And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth. And after three days and an half the Spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upoon them which saw them. And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them. And the same hour ws there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand; and the remnat were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven. The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe cometh quickly. And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Chirst; and He shall reign for ever and ever.
The Bible foretold there would be weapons with such destructive force, that one out of every four people in the world will be killed in a very short time, during the first part of the Tribulation. Then one out of every three people on earth will be killed in the second part. As Armageddon is about to explode, more than half of the world’s population will be dead, and much of what is left will be killed during the Battle of Armageddon. As bad as things seem right now, it is only a drop in the bucket compared to what is soon coming. If you have not surrendered to Christ yet, your time is running out. The dead have no chance to ask Christ to be their Lord and Saviour.
Life is a Test to see if you will believe and obey the Gospel. Jesus cares. He may be reaching out to you now.
The FOOL HAS SAID in his heart, THERE IS NO GOD.
Why are some countries in the Middle East (that are in revolt) supported with outside help, and others are not? The answer is in Ezekiel chapters 38 and 39. Everything that is happening in the world that is covered by Bible prophecy will be fulfilled. God’s Word outlines the history of the world from start to finish. It’s accuracy is perfect. Can any book written by man make such a claim?
The Bible Forecast... Update March 11, 2011
The Bible also forecasted bigger & more frequent earthquakes in various places; as a sign that the tribulation & the battle of Armageddon was approaching. The Bible gives over 300 signs to look for after Israel would be reborn as a nation, so we would know and understand the times we are in. There is absolutely no question at all that we are in the latter days. Have you surrendered your life to Jesus? Are you reading your Bible daily as you ought to be doing? Huge tidal waves or tsunami’s are also foretold by the Bible. Time is running out. The proof is there, if you choose to look and see.
Riots In The Middle East Update March 7, 2011
As of the writing of this blog, several countries in the Middle East are experiencing protests and riots, and some long–time rulers are being overthrown.
So what is happening? We know that the Tribulation is near. Just how near we cannot be certain. Very near the beginning of the Tribulation, the combined Russian–Arab invasion of Israel takes place–ref Ezek chapters 38 and 39. This appears to be confirmed in both Ezekiel and the Revelation. What we should be seeing at this time is a realignment of the leadership of some nations, which will set the stage for the invasion of Israel. You may have noted, there is reportedly a huge military buildup now underway in Russia, unlike anything they have done in many years. A tremendous amount of money is being spent—estimated over $600 billion. It is reported that helicopters, planes, war ships & submarines are all on the list.
One thing we can say for sure, as each day passes, we are one day closer to the rapture and immediately afterward the revealing of the Antichrist.
2 Th 2:1–15.
- Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,
- That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.
- Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
- Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
- Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?
- And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.
- For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.
- And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
- Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
- And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
- And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
- That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
- But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:
- Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
- Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditions which ye have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle.
Are you ready to meet Jesus, if He came this year or next year to take His people up to meet Him in the clouds? Or will you be left behind and become one of those app. 1.5 billion people that will die during the first part of the Tribulation? Rev 6:3–8–And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see.
4–And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.
5–And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand.
6–And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine.
7–And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see.
8–And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.
What Is Going On? Update August 2010
You may ask: “What is going on in the world?”
- It seems like the world has turned upside down.
- People seem to be given over to the lusts of the flesh and pleasures of this life. What has happened to the virtues of honesty, decency and hard work? Where has common sense gone?
- Virtually the entire world has turned against Israel.
- The world is becoming more and more like Sodom and Gomorrah.
- Everything seems to be going in a global direction, from economics to education.
- Many countries are in financial trouble.
- Multitudes all over the world are finding fewer jobs available.
- Many are losing their homes.
- Every time a person goes on the Internet–where they go, what they do, and what they say on any site or in any email—is permanently recorded and can be accessed in microseconds.
- More and more devices to monitor you are being installed worldwide. With few exceptions, no matter where you go, you are being watched and recorded.
- Much of the reporting by the news–media is not objective, and often news concerning issues of importance go unreported.
- More and more earthquakes are occurring.
- Occasionally, new diseases are appearing.
- Knowledge and technology are increasing at an incredible rate.
- Terrorism is spreading at an alarming rate. Is there any place in the world one can go and be 100% sure they will be safe?
- Governments are going in the direction of more control over people’s lives and businesses; and our individual freedoms are declining. Often statistics that are published are misleading, violating the public trust.
- The name of the game that is going on is control and deception.
- A world dictator will come on the scene soon, but before this, expect many of the things listed above to get worse, even as those in authority may tell you things are getting better.
So what can we do? Bring forth God’s Word and prepare the people to meet Jesus; but few will listen, even as it was in the days of Noah. Few believed the flood would come. The fact that few believed the flood would come, did not stop it from happening. Things are going to get worse, but God’s Word is always correct. You cannot correctly pray that God’s Word will not come to pass. Much of what is happening was foretold in God’s Word.
There are many conflicting reports between Arab News sources and others; however, it does appear that the United States, Germany, Italy and seven other board members voted against the resolution. Many other nations either abstained or were absent.
As has been discussed before, Jerusalem is a trembling pot to the nations and there will not be peace between the Jews and the Palestians; according to Scripture it's an unsolvable problem. But, one day in the near future the King of kings and Lord of lords will end this conflict.
While many are upset about these and other things, the informed, born–again Christian knows what is happening. He knows that an event in the Bible called the Translation or being “caught up” (or the Rapture, as many call it) is getting closer and closer. Few will be taken, and many will be left behind, crying out, “Lord, open to us!”
As has been discussed before, Jerusalem is a trembling pot to the nations and there will not be peace between the Jews and the Palestians; according to Scripture it's an unsolvable problem. But, one day in the near future the King of kings and Lord of lords will end this conflict.
Many of the things mentioned here are mentioned in the Bible, as events that would take place after Israel’s rebirth. The Bible clearly states that Israel would be reborn as a nation. That was the event that revealed we had entered in the latter days. It happened May 14, 1948. Within a generation of that event, a multitude of prophecies would be fulfilled, including the Rapture. A generation “may” perhaps be 70 years (Ps 90:10). Some believe it could be longer. Of the 365 prophecies that the Bible tells us would take place, 364 are solidly in place.
Several of these prophecies that are listed have to do with born–again churches and the Bible. The Bible shows us that sound Bible teaching would nearly disappear. Religious persecutions would increase, for those that let their light shine for Jesus. The Bible predicted that the people of the world would no longer want sound doctrine, but they would want to hear what their itching ears wanted to hear. Sin would increase more and more.
Yes, things have greatly changed in the last few years, but 100% of the changes are in perfect harmony with what God’s Word has told us.
What more can be said, except—if you have not yet given your life to Jesus Christ, as your only hope of salvation, your time is fast running out. And if you are a lukewarm Christian, as many are, you are in spiritual trouble, because the lukewarm will not be taken in the Rapture. Don’t be misled by those, including clergy, that say the Rapture will never happen or that it will happen during or after the Tribulation. Beware of any clergy that does not preach more and more on repentance in this more and more sinful generation. Many have told us they can no longer find a good, Bible–teaching church in their area. God forbid, this is true. If you want to give your life to Jesus Christ, before it is too late, all the information on the home page should give you direction.
Study your Bible, diligently and often. It is life to those that will receive it. But woe to those that reject God’s Word. For they shall go into the soon coming Tribulation, in which the Antichrist shall come forth. It will be the worst years in the history of mankind. Within a few short years after the Rapture, more than one–half of the world’s population will be dead; and then immediately after the Tribulation, the Battle of Armageddon explodes, as the armies of the world gather to fight against the return of Jesus Christ and all of the saints. In 24 hours, the battle is over; and there are few people left alive on earth. The Antichrist and his false prophet are cast alive into the lake of fire, and Satan is bound for 1000 years, so he can deceive the nations no longer.
So you might ask, how much longer do we have before the Rapture takes place? By comparing the many prophecies in the Scriptures (THE SIGNS OF THE TIMES), we can certainly believe it is SOON.
Would you like to ponder something that is special? Consider this.
When the Rapture happens, immediately, in the twinkling of an eye, we are with Jesus. On earth, immediately the Antichrist (whose number of his name is 666? comes forth. Shortly thereafter, he confirms a covenant with Israel and others–Dan 9:27.
However, the saints are in heaven. They are judged. They appear at the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. Millions of saints, from the beginning of the world, will be there. Abel, Abraham, Moses, and the apostles will be there. Will you be there? After the Marriage Supper, the saints will be before the throne of God, as Jesus, the Lamb of God, takes the scroll and begins to open the seals. The first seal is the Antichrist coming forth. Did you catch that?????
On earth, the time that has passed is perhaps seconds, between the Rapture and the Antichrist coming forth. Yet, in heaven, perhaps hours, days, or weeks have passed from the time of the Rapture until the time Jesus begins to open the seals. Time, as we understand it, is much different in heaven than on earth. Do you understand the signs of the times? Are you ready for the Rapture? Are you watching for His soon return?
Warning! Update October 2009
The Bible clearly shows, as the Tribulation approaches, that various diseases would emerge and increase. It also tells that weather patterns would change (this has nothing to do with carbon emissions by mankind). These events would happen as birth pangs of a woman; increasing in frequency and intensity, as the Tribulation approaches, continuing during the Tribulation, and culminating immediately after the Tribulation when Jesus Christ returns at the time of Armageddon.
The Bible also shows, as the Rapture approaches, more and more people would turn from following Jesus; and fewer and fewer people would turn to God in truth. Religious deception and lukewarm teaching would abound and replace sound biblical doctrine. Is God speaking to your heart? Is He trying to draw you to repentance? If so, do not hesitate or resist His calling.
What Lies Ahead? August 14, 2009
What lies ahead? According to the Scriptures, what lies ahead is both bad news and good news.
The bad news is the Tribulation, the worst time since man has existed, is coming soon–Mt 24:21.
The good news is that the Rapture of true born again Christians is also near–Lk 21:28,36; 1 Thes 4:16,17. But this is bad news for so–called Christians that do not obey the Gospel and follow Jesus as it is written–2 Thes 1:8. This is because they will be left behind, and their time to repent is running out. The number of true followers of God will become more and more like the days of Noah, Lot, Sodom and Gomorrah, as the pressure is turned up–Lk 17:28; Mt 24:27.
The news is that alternate life styles will continue to increase. Alternate life styles can be expected to prosper and become more and more accepted as in the days of Sodom and Gomorrah–Lk 17:28–30. More laws to protect them and give them special rights may also be enacted.
Many freedoms that the U.S. and some other countries have enjoyed can be expected to erode. Since there will be a world dictator coming on the scene soon, this means certain freedoms we enjoy must be done away with–Dan 7:25. More controls (through new laws and programs) must be implemented to manage and control the people and the education of the children. Any news–media (of any kind) that is not inline with this and what needs to be done in order to control the people and usher in a world dictator must be suppressed by all means possible by powers in high places–Eph 6:12.
Little by little, the Bible, the name of Christ, or Jesus Christ, the name of Christmas, and other such references must be suppressed and discredited–Acts 4:18.
Bible scholars, teachers and pastors that expound sound doctrine and prophecy need to be eliminated or discredited, or controlled by all means possible through trumped up charges, new laws or misuse of existing laws. Those that teach a “feel good” Gospel and “what sinful man’s ears want to hear” may prosper–2Tim 4:3.
It is already difficult to find a church anymore that teaches as Jesus and the apostles did. Indeed, the day is coming when there will be a famine of hearing God’s Word–Amos 8:11.
